Slots Hand Pay

Hand pay refers to a payout made by a slot attendant or cage, rather than the slot machine. A hand pay occurs when the amount of the payout exceeds the maximum amount that was preset by the slot machine's operator. Usually, the maximum amount is set at the level where the operator must begin to deduct taxes. A hand pay could also be necessary as a result of a short pay.

  12. Blacks sold Blacks into Slavery.In villa all you have to do is aggro them by shooting the guy in the garage who is a free kill, just get a sniper rifle, shoot him. They will come down the garage stairs, you kill them.[I usually get 3 or 2 kills with one sniper bullet since they dont have much space to get out if you are a fast sniper. Then you look over to the next area near the garage and they come down there also and sometimes a few leftover in the garage. Villa is the easiest by far.
